For oral presentations, the executive committee will provide a Windows-based PC computer, an LCD projector, projection screen, laser pointer and a microphone. Presentations are 60, 40 and 20 minutes long and are to include a discussion time of 15, 10 and 5 minutes for invited, keynote and general speakers, respectively. Presenters who wish to use their own computer should check for successful connection to the LCD projector before their session.
The poster session will run for 110 minutes from 15:00 to 16:50 on Wednesday May 19th. During this time at least one author should be available at their poster to provide details and answer questions. In addition, authors can set up posters from the morning of May 17th and present their studies during coffee breaks. The poster number will help you in locating your space at the poster session. Authors are responsible for removing all materials by the Closing Ceremony of the Symposium on Friday May 21st. A display board will be provided. Printed poster dimensions should be 210 cm high and 90 cm wide. Posters will be attached to the display boards with thumbtacks, which will be provided. The display boards are rented and should not be written on or defaced in any way.
